The festival was previously hosted at the California African American Museum but as a result of the covid pandemic, live audiences were no longer possible. In addition to securing the main festival partnerships, we coordinated the prerecording of artists, created a live stream mixing studio from our homes, and seamlessly blended pre-recorded and live performances into one experience. We also hosted sponsored online workshops and guest speaker panels.
